Team collaborating on a shared workflow
Three roles, one platform

How JobOpod works.

A walkthrough of every flow — applicant, employer, agency. Open the swimlane that matches you.

For applicants

Apply with confidence. See where you stand. Always.

  1. 1

    Create a profile

Sign up with email, verify, complete your name + a short bio. Add a CV, a portfolio, or both.

  2. 2

    Add skills + tests

Skills are first-class. Optionally take a skill test to attach verified proof; valid for 6 months.

  3. 3

    Find a role

Filter jobs by language, location, salary, response promise, and required skills. Every job carries a 7–30 day response promise.

  4. 4

    Apply with one click

Your profile snapshot is frozen at submit. The employer always sees what you submitted, not what changed later.

  5. 5

    Track or be told

Visible promise countdown on every application. If the employer ghosts, we mark it No Response and notify you.

For employers

Hire fairly. Build trust through transparency.

  1. 1

    Create your account

Sign up, create an employer organisation, set up your first company profile.

  2. 2

    Verify your business

Submit business registration + a person-of-contact. Trust admins review and approve. Free, always.

  3. 3

    Post a job

Title, description, skills, salary range (default ON), and a committed 7–30 day response promise. Verified employers get a badge that jobseekers can filter for.

  4. 4

    Review applicants

Snapshot view per applicant. Shortlist, schedule interviews, send offers — each action a single click.

  5. 5

    Build reputation

Every response counts toward public stats. Earn positive badges over time. No silent rejections — ever.

For agencies

A workflow built around how agencies actually work.

  1. 1

    Set up the agency

Create your agency organisation and a public profile that shows the companies you represent.

  2. 2

    Request relationships

Find a verified company, request a working relationship. The company accepts and sets your permissions.

  3. 3

    Post for approval

Author a job. It goes into Pending Approval. The company reviews via the threaded approval conversation.

  4. 4

    Manage applicants

Same applicant view as the employer. Schedule interviews and send offers if your relationship grants it.

  5. 5

    Mirror reputation

Activity counts toward the underlying company's stats — you build your name by helping them build theirs.
