Why Sri Lanka
Sri Lankan hiring is shaped by features other platforms ignore. Many skilled workers are not credentialed in Western CV formats. Hiring happens in batches in garment, BPO, hospitality, retail. Word-of-mouth referrals are central. Sinhala and Tamil are everyday languages, not afterthoughts. JobOpod is designed around all of this, not adapted to it.
