For applicants
Yes — completely free, forever. You can apply, take skill tests, build a portfolio, see all your applications and their promise countdowns at no cost.
For employers + agencies
Employers submit business registration documents + a person-of-contact (with NIC). Trust admins review (typically 1 business day). Verification is optional but strongly recommended — it earns the verified employer badge, and most jobseekers filter for verified employers. Free at every tier.
Trust, privacy, money
All files are encrypted at rest and scanned for malware on upload. Sensitive PII (like NIC) is column-encrypted. The platform complies with Sri Lankan PDPA (in force since July 2025) — including the right of access and erasure.
